The
Presidential Freedom Scholarships program publicity and outreach efforts
included development of a three-panel exhibit booth display promoting
the program. I designed the display for maximum visual impact, with
full-color photos of high school students engaged in service. The photos
were part of an earlier photo shoot for a different part of the program.
We chose the "pull-up banner" style for it's ease of use and transport,
as well as the resonable up-front costs. The booth has been displayed
at the National Service-Learning Conference, the Points of Light Foundation’s
National Conference on Community Volunteering and National Service,
the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development National
Conference, and other similar national meetings.
